Quest: Task for renton Keep a Watchful eye - 4976


Problem: Quest autocomplete apprioptly and gives reward xp cooin and missiv , But you cannot repeat the quest when you click on the missiv board it is blue dotes like you have not completed it yet and needs to be turned in.

Force complete server code has been updated, should handle this properly now. Missives in general need to be set Repeatable in the DBE, and should work fine. Moving to Content Bugs section.
