Details:
I know these aren't important right now...but there is a discrepancy with the Thestran human. According to the character creation screen you are suppose to get "Inspiring Tactics". Presence =2% mitigation ; Wisdom=2% mana reduction and Tactics= 2% damage. However, when creating a thestran human any class & signing in you get on the Wisdom= 3% mana reduction instead......which is it suppose to be 2% or 3% ??? At least when these do go active ya want them to be correct I assume.

Welcome to the inconsistency of Vanguard. Either they decided to make the Wisdom inspiration have 3% at some point and never changed it on character creation, or the one on the character creation is a typo. Either way, in live, it was 3%.
