Quest: Blood Drinkers 589

Problem: Tried killing both bloodthieves altered and changed. These found near the POI given by quest. These mobs are not giving credit towards quest objective.

Fixed. Also set it up so the blood thieves only pop at night. The ones set up for this quest were on the other lake and were set not to spawn during the day. Added the second set to the list to be killed.
