Details:
Diplomacy Quest: "Convincing Sanho-7940"

To do this quest you're required to have 10 Academic presence and I haven't found a way to get to that. Even doing all the Diplomacy quests I've done thus far and getting the diplomacy rewards I've only been able to get Academic presence to 3.
