Details:
When I first enter the world with a character, and the chunk I'm entering is not up, the music does not reset properly upon entering the world. The character select music just keeps playing over and over. If I /music off and /music on, I get no music at all. This just started happening with the recent changes to chunk starting (a great change overall). The music just doesn't seem to change over to the chunk-specific music for the chunk I'm entering.

Well I had it not change 3 out of 10 chunks roughly I did also notice once the current song stopped playing it did switch to the current chunk song. Still need to figure out exactly why it's doing this at some point tho.

I haven't really identified exactly what is happening. These are the things I've noticed:

1. If the chunk is up, music works normally. It appears that IOD (chunk 1) is always up. One thing I was doing for a while was coming into the world, camping out, and coming right back. That works, because when I come back in the chunk is up from the first login.
2. Chunking in game also works. For example, if I come into Three Rivers and it isn't up, I .rift to Tursh, then back to 3R, and music works. That is probably the same case as #1.
3. Sometimes the music gets stuck, even if I'm just running around. For example, the music from the keep area of Renton Keep will just keep playing no matter where I go in the chunk. Chunking out and back in fixes the issue.

In all 3 instances, /music off turns music off, but /music on doesn't seem to do anything. It is like the music system goes out to lunch and just keeps looping the last thing that was playing, until you chunk or turn the music off.

From the very beginning of the emulator I've noticed that the music will sometimes just drop out. I could always fix it with /music off/on commands. This is something different.
