complete a quest doesn't update your level when you have 100% xp or more.

I was seeing something like this yesterday when I was working through the IOD quests, however it wasn't just when XP was at 100%. I would complete a quest, and the chat log would say I got, say, 75XP, but the XP bar wouldn't move. Later I would kill something, and the XP bar would jump more than could be accounted for by the kill. I think one time I saw the bar jump almost 20% after I had completed a couple quests and then killed something. I originally thought that maybe the XP bar just wasn't updating, but maybe the XPs are being buffered somewhere and aren't being credited until a melee kill.
