Details:
When using ".setlevel 50 1" to boost toon to level 50, on going into the character sheet to spend the crafting attributes, pressing the plus sign to raise one of the four stats (tried all) spends thee points but doesn't raise the stat beyond it's initial 90 (in each stat)
