Yea man I hear ya. I wasnt5 even sure if the EQ2 emu was still alive because I didn't see much activity over there. But man the project there looks like its functionality is pretty far along. Ill have her post about it over there, as I realize over here is for Vanguard.

Man if you had any idea how much that I cant wait to get my stuff all set back up in order to get helping out. Im gonna move myself into over drive in order to get moving on this (and also to get my girl going over on the EQ2 content). Its been a LONG time since I did any of this stuff, but man did I used to have soooo much fun doing it for Ultima Online.

EQ2 is far from dead, just those of us left over there are busy in rl. As for content, no programming is required just knowledge of the game, John made a nice web app that all you really have to do is look up the spawn you want, verify the location and click a button and it is on the official server. For more detailed info feel free to post over there, I will do whatever I can to help those interested in working on content over there.
