Custom Combat Mechanics

I know this probably can't be answered yet, but for the sake of adding content to empty areas - do you think it will be possible to at the very least create a boss mob with various different existing boss fight mechanics? Example: If Syranoth doesn't have any fight mechanics, would we be able to add a mechanic from say Kotasoth and a mechanic from another boss, and another from another boss, etc, to create our own unique encounters?
