Id 2807 Korbal Teeth --redone the quest from scratch. It had the same name like quest Id 2728 "Troll Teeth". Also, this quest leaded to Lyzander (CIS) again like another like 10 quests. I put this quest to NPC Dhelas (Hyeji Tribe), since she talks of teeth in her Greetings. Also, created new object "Korbal Skull" to drop the quest item. Tested, ok.

These quests are leading to NPC Lyzander Foor'lan at CIS chunk, but he does not offer them. Player needs to have a quest Exotic Goods (quest_id: 2741 ) to be able to collect items and start the each quest.
Id 2754 Siren Flowers -- this quest is moved to CIS chunk to NPC questgiver Lyzander Foor'lan (separate quest)
Id 2765 Discarded Vultureman Talons -- the objective of this quest is moved to the Exotic Goods quest id 2741 NPC questgiver Lyzander Foor'lan
