Weakness System Exploit - website has the interactive combinations?

Sorry if this is not related to development, but there is a website out there that has a interactive weakness/exploit combination table.
It's really great, as you select the classes, and it brings up the weakness an ability generates and the class abilities that can exploit it. Super helpful.
I used it a month ago or so, so I no its still up. But not I can't locate it. I tried my best with Google, but maybe someone can point me to a link.
