Hi all,
I've noticed a few abilities which I know shouldn't trigger the global cooldown for abilities, triggering it. I'm curious if this just hasn't been implemented yet, or if maybe there was just a lack of information available on which ones should not trigger the global cooldown. I can try and keep an updated list here as I find them if so.

Monk -
Crescent Kick

Paladin -
Aegis Shield

Cleric -
Divine Light

Bard -
Eaon's Blasting Bellow

I'm curious is there no scripting currently in place to have abilities not trigger a global cool down, will this be something available once you roll out the new abilities back-end?

It has to be manually set in the database, unless the devs have an easier method. And this is a low priority for us right now.

The data that was sent to the client from the live servers had no settings in the packet data to tell us if it triggered the global cooldown or not so we will need to manually set them as we come across them.

I don't disagree with it being a low priority. On the other hand, our memories are fading, and it is eventually going to be hard to remember what triggered global cooldown and what didn't. Perhaps we should have a thread (in Game Features?) to which people can add abilities they come across that have an incorrect GCD setting.

If no one else starts one before I get to it, I'll start one. I'll need to roll up another rogue/bard/monk, because I won't remember until I try to recreate my old macros.

I believe we need to add Warrior Kick I and Waylay I to that list, although I am uncertain about Waylay I.
