Jathred's Twist Progression

Thought I'd try to set up a new chunk in between all the quest updates I've been working on.

This is the initial pass which means quest will be set up in order as they appear in our database and prereqs and rewards will not be looked into this round.

This is all the quests in this chunk except for the Tiny Etched ______ quests that come from gem drops. Since everything in the chunk has the chance to drop those, I didn't want to bother with it yet.

Ok, so I'm pretty sure I've never quested in Jathred's Twist... (I think I would've remembered that massive, beautiful dungeon!) So where is this Prince Azad Mahdavi-Kia? I flew all over the chunk and couldn't find him. I'm gonna head over to Ahgram because that seems to be the next logical step.

Clean up crew instructions:

When you do Tar Janashir/Jathred Twist chunks, there are a couple of places that I don't want you to clean up yet. The one in Jathred's Twist is the temple looking thing on the west side of the Salt Flat. It's located at 58428, -15988, 8761
