Details:
High Augur Gl'Vinbro dropped two Pulsating Portal Shards in release (every time). He did not drop any for me. At the same time, the ordinary Augurs dropped PP Shards only about 1/3 to 1/4 of the time. They appear to be dropping PPS every time (at least so far).
