Details:
At one point I had two combat forms: Water Dance and Careen of the Cunning. At some point, probably upon hitting level 10, I lost Water Dance. Careen of the Cunning has never actually worked. I can click it, and it goes into refresh mode, but I don't actually get the combat form. Water Dance worked when I had it.

I believe we talked to the player about this, and they bugged themselves out by using .setlevel.
