Log on problems

Hello Guys
Logging on today I get to character screen but no character's show up and message "waiting on world servers" is on bottom of screen. I've let it sit for well over ten minutes but no change.
I've had issues where I selected character and after progress bar is full it stops log in, but never "no characters" to select. Retrying log in usually fixes no progress issue.
I have verified good connection locally to internet. Launch pad shows 5 people logged in so I assume the server is up. Under options for launch pad I have "Close launcher on play" and "Hide unavailable servers" checked only.
Any ideas what I can try/change?

Thanks for responding!
Looks like you have already reset the server but I'm still having the same issue. Do you think it's some how local to me or is there still another issue?

Howdy, I'm having the same issue. Can login with the Launcher, but it never connects to the World Server, have to manually exit the application.

Ok found a issue with the communication between the login server and the world server try it again and let me know.
