Server reset but still can't log in!

Xinux responded on a previous post about resetting the server but apparently that wasn't my issue. When I launch the game, the create new character bar shows up, however none of my characters are showing up and the message on the bottom of screen say "Waiting on world servers"
Waiting never launches game, tried restarting many times, logged out and back in, even reloaded launch pad. Is there something I can do or change to get it to connect?

Ok found a issue with the communication between the login server and the world server try it again and let me know.
