This quest is not scripted so not offered found it in guide for Leth nura on vanguard wikia

Part of this quest can be found mixed in with part 1 under royal servitude vg.mmodb. archive.

The objective list in this link are for Royal servitude part 4 the conversation section is obviously from royal servitude part 1.

All four of these quests are in the DBE and listed as scripted.

Hmm ill look around leth nura some more the projection gave parts 1 to 3 dod not offer part 4 to me

SOE may have changed how the quests are given out between what's on that archived site and what was collected. So you can't always go by the wikis. (Especially if the data is really old).

I didn't set these quests up, and I haven't done them yet. So I don't know exactly what's going on with them. I can just see in the database that they're set up.
