Updates to Thetaton Square. Went into every house and made various updates.

- created Aztop family scripts/story (Potirca, Catripo)
- created Taytop family scripts/story (Riuf, Sispon, Capot)
- created Omerel family scripts/story (Avegox, Nosiap)
- created Tebix family scripts/story (Gaua, Xbena, Ulwa)
- created hail scripts for Thetaton Financial, exchange broker a two bankers (Breta, Omglupo, Gereigyn)
- created hail scripts for Destikun Netizox (general goods vendor) and Glix the Magnificent (gnomish distiller vendor, nothing to sell yet though)
- created scripts/story for Xibbite family (Nomla, Benosy, Naolm)
- created scripts/story for Remeol family, updated Soebex (Soebex, Pisonsa)

All residents of Thetaon workshop updated:
- Pori Hokat now sells crafting equipment supplies
- Baaltho Eytram now sells crafting utilities
- Psyju Krelodog and Letiza Gelion appearance changes

All residents in College of Artisans updated with hail scripts:
- Roruna Hokov, Nagdat Mekapashep, Tolut Emanihen (fixed vendor type), Inventor Hewat, (Kabixil Maynox OK)

Upside Affairs updated with hail scripts:
- Tagosbetar Logifrog (appearance), Pabixar Hyoniram, Egata Reburleby

- Kezitun family scripts updated to latest (Bryer, Pirufrateg, Nelmo)

- Updated Constable Romlee and Constable Scylo scripts to latest.

- new path script for Headmaster Watlun Uebatix to go around all of his Institute of Wizardry
- Krengel follows the Headmaster around and groans

- added movement and animations to Apprentices Chirummo, Xaenald, Nalexad

Note to self: Work on Watlun's dialogs with instructors next.

- Coxenac is concerned about Exnacco's back
- Headmaster Watlun now walks about his Wizardry to check up on all the instructors (and one of the vendors in town)
- Apprentice Beitza is a little fed up with Capot and wants to make sure his instruments are safe
- Apprentice Einxet has a problem cleaning the walls
- Apprentice Chirummo has hemorrhoids
- Apprentice Tixteen is pondering some scribble he found
- Nosiap is teaching her apprentices
- New animation for Yatolp

- finished multiple animations and activity in the Sanctum of the Deepdark (sleeping gnomes, new dialogs, bunch of anims, etc.)
- moving on to last area, Menagerie of Telon, starting area for gnomes!

Note to self: Will have to edit various NPCs that have the issue below.

I found a little gotcha. If NPC is in a nonstop animation loop (many of mine are), to stop it when hailing this is the proper way to do it.

ALL NPCs now have hail scripts, many have paths/animations, sell what they are supposed to sell, etc. I will continue to tweak things as time goes on, but it's now time to move onto quests! :)

I'm starting to dig through websites and gather any information regarding quests in Mekalia. Based on what I've found so far, the most important details seem to be : Quest title, quest level, starting NPC and location, ending NPC and location, quest task, rewards, previous and next quest(if it's part of a chain), and whether or not its a repeatable quest. Is there anything else to track down or make note of that would be important in rebuilding the quests?
