Also: Need to add another placeholder for Baghan.

I'm going over Dahknarg again as I want to fix the armor issues (As most of the armor has no stats). I'm recording what quests give what armor so I know how to properly tweak it later:


The History Of The Spiritragers (id: 2162 ) Belt
Hunt The Soul Eater (id: 2168 ) - Boots
Broken Fang Alpha (id: 515 ) - Weapons
Broken Fang Steel (quest_id: 511 ) - Bracers
Bloodhowler Threat (id: 2058 ) - Legs
Bloodhowler Technology (id: 2056 ) - Arms
Bloodhowler Raids (id: 2482 ) - Gloves
Proving Your Strength (There's four different versions of this). - Chest. Most of the quest rewards for this are missing. I kinda think we should put the chest reward on the last quest in this line - the Offering. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense that it's on the second to last quest.
There is no helm reward at all.


Other notes: redo the pouring of the blood for "The Offering". Add in the animation.
The specific class training should be redone, it's a little sloppy
Broken Fang Steel, those shouldn't be real swords. They need to stack.

I am now starting to make gear for Dahknarg based on IOD gear. I'm not working with what the gear looks like yet (cuz they don't currently match even with all the gear collected from live).
Right now it's set up similar to IOD except:
Nighthunter Gear has one set for all three tank classes.
Swiftfang has all one set for all four melee dps classes.
Ghostclaw has three different sets: One for casters including BMs, one for Shamans and Discs together, and one for Clerics.

I don't think I'll get done with this tonight so I'm going through in order of when you get them (See above quests). The helm is missing so I need to find an appropriate quest to put that on.

Bitmasks that I need:
Just Tanks: 269484048
Just Melee: 2654212

Shaman and Disciple 138412032
BM + Casters = 52776591704192

Progress:
Belts - All completed. Added to the quest
Boots - All completed. Added to the quest
Bracers - All completed. Added to the quest
Legs - All completed. Added to the quest
Arms - All completed. Added to the quest
Gloves - All completed. Added to the quest

Other issues found along the way:
Tanks get the 1 handed blunt stat on their bracers (IOD, etc). This is bullshit since none of the tanks get one handed blunt weapons. This should be changed.
Shamans have 2 handed slashing on their gloves. This is dumb cuz shaman's can't use axes or swords. Before anyone says it, spears are piercing weapons. This should be blunt.
Clerics have the same problem as above.

Been working on the armor appearance now. I still need to make the pauldrons, helms and cloaks for the classes. But at least now everyone's armor matches and looks nice.

I have finished all the Dahknarg gear! I have created missing helms, pauldrons, and cloaks.Sadly I couldn't find any of the class cloaks with the graphics on the back that would match the gear that one gets from Dahknarg. If we want to do that in the future, we can make gear for each individual class (Copy the IOD gear and rename it the appropriate Dahknarg Pack name). But for now I left it and I gave all the classes a plain dark-gray cloak that goes well with all of them.

Now I need to do some reshuffling of the gear. The rewards are not given in the usual order: Arms -> Belt -> Bracers -> Boots -> Gloves -> Helm -> Pauldrons -> Legs -> Chest -> Cloak

So I might change the quest rewards so they follow the normal gear order.

Editing the quests as I go along (Which means there are some quests later on that have the rewards you've already gotten). Please for the love of god, don't bug report this, I can't possibly get through them all in one night.

Specialized Training - Now gives Reinforcements.
Assist the Spiritragers - Now gives Belt.
Report to Dahknarg - Think this might be good for the bracers

I have created all the T1 weapons for the Dahknarg area. These are somewhat equivalent to the second set of weapons you get from IOD. (Dahknarg will only have two and the ones that it was offering were comparable to the second tier IOD weapons).

I have set it up slightly different. I am giving all the tanks a crossbow. I'm giving rogues, bards, and rangers a bow. Rogues, Bards and Rangers also get a choice between a Dagger OR a shortsword, and an Axe OR a Longsword. There's no reason to make Rogues dual dagger so early on. Axes are also traditionally thestran weapons so they should be available. I set it up this way so that I wouldn't have to make a set of weapons for every single class. Plus having a choice is nice.

Anyway, that's done. Moving onto the other changes.

I have also just started creating the missing instructors. I have not finished yet. Once those are in, I'll be making the "further training" quest for the missing classes. Then I intend to put the boot reward on the further training quests.

Today's Work:

All the missing instructors are in. All of the existing Vulmane in the Ghostclaw tent are now instructors. I'll be adding more "Further Training" quests shortly.

All the "Further Training" quests are in and available for all classes. All of them have the 'boots' reward as well.

I was unable to put "Dahknarg's True Enemy" as the next step as that would require I make 15 versions of it (One for each class) and I felt that was overkill.
