Direct3D error at launch

Hi All,

I am a first time user of the emulator (although I played VG for several years). When I client on "Play" from the launched it gives an error that Direct3d needs to be enabled and that I should open dxdiag and enable it. DirectX 12 is installed (comes with Win 10) and in dxdiag it says that Direct3d is enabled already. Any ideas?

Thinking it might need DirectX 9 with that in mind tho i'm running windows 10 also with DirectX 12 with no issues. You can try installing the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer and see if that fixes it.

Strangely enough installing direct x 9 fixed it. Thanks!
