We're starting to get a lot of bug reports for this chunk, so it's time to update the scripts and check everything over. There's 34 quests from what I see. So let's see if I can finish this in a weekend.

Unholy Sacrament Part 1: Complete. I had to uncombine all the mobs in the loamsworn area, since this required very specific spawns. The drop rate on this was WAAAAY too low. The mobs themselves should be rare, not the drop (Especially since the quest very specifically tells you to only kill one of each).

Unholy Sacrament - Part 2 - Complete
The Courier - Incomplete. I don't have the information that was on the Ra'Jin Orders. I've put placeholder text in the meantime, asking players to let me know if they know what the orders said. I am not familiar enough with Blighted Lands to make a guess, unless it's something like "The Ra'Jin are working with the Ulvari!" Which seems like something VG would do. Other than the issue with the orders, you can still do the quest: Kill the courier, get the orders, click the orders, and turn-in.
Deeper In: In Progress. Setting rewards to be class specific.
Additional Notes: Dagger reward was named "Rogue's" while all the others had the class title description on their weapon's (Scout's, Apostle's, Etc). So when I made this dagger rogue only, I also changed the name to Rake's. (Item 1435743). Same for this dagger: 1444624
A lot of the weapons for "Deeper In" are actually missing. I'll have to make them myself but I don't really have the time to put into looking up the proper stats. So I'm just going to skip that for now and come back to it at a later time.

I am restarting this as I just finished the CB/JC QA. So I'm going to start this from scratch from the very first quest listed in the database. As such you will see some repeats on here from the above posts.
I added some animations to the Wailing Winds Asylum mobs. Now they act crazy.
Also, there is a Mesmerized version of the main questgiver NPC here, Takuni. This is for the DIplo quest "Bring Him Home" from Jalen's Crossing, where you force him to follow you. The mesmerized version is a pet. I will leave him up until we can get to this quest.

The Courier - I'm still not entirely sure what this one is about. Wikia is missing two objectives that we have listed from data collects. Wikia has it on a different NPC than what we have it on. I'm just going to go by our data and set it up based on the data from collects. I edited the item to just say that the Ra'Jin are working with the Ulvari. I'm hoping to get some insight as I continue on working on these quests.
The Ra'Jin Outpost: Cripple the Guards - No Changes Needed to the quest itself. I noticed that only 3 exist in the entire game and you need to kill five. So I made 2 more.

And now I realize that this chunk is an odd mishmash of info that we collected, and info that is on various Wiki sites, including Wikia/Fandom. The Wikia site information DOES NOT MATCH what we have collected. I'm finding that this is making the entire process very difficult to put together. So I've decided to set up the NPC scripts from scratch, and I'm going to build it based on the information we have from collects with Wikia acting as nothing more than a backup if we can't find the info otherwise.--

This is a reminder that players should not be questing in Blighted Lands, or if you decide to do it anyway, don't bug report the quests that aren't working. We know they aren't working. And we'll get to it when we can. But this is one of those problem chunks that's taking time as we piece together the big picture.

To better get a handle on the mess that is Blighted Lands, I'm going to go NPC by NPC and try to figure out what's supposed to go where. I know Blighted Lands was changed at some point for F2P, and not necessarily for the better. So the information that we have conflicts with a lot of the information that some wikis have. In general we try to go by what we collected. But sometimes that doesn't always work out.
This is only for the outpost near the rift and the general questing area. It's not for the section near Jalen's Crossing or the quests related to the Wailing Wind Asylum. (All that stuff is pretty straightforward).

Okay so here's my plan of attack:
#1. I'm going to redo all of the scripts from scratch. All of them. Especially the NPC scripts. I'm going to set them up based on what our in game collection information says.
#2. If there's any kind of conflict, I'm going to check the various resources we have (especially Telonica and The Telon Project).

Guard Eba should be set up with the following quests:
Guard Eba should be set up with the following quests:
- Ulvari Corruption - You need to take this quest to open up the other quests, which can all be done at the same time. The quest rewards for this seem to only be for healers and casters. There's nothing for melee or tanks. And the ones they do have suck.
- RaJin Glarewings - Added HandleQuestItem and removed "RemoveItem" from completed and abandoned functions. Added NPC_Zorgraz to the kill list. Removed POI 5254 as there are no glarewings at that location. Updated Drop script on related mobs.
- RaJin Ravager - Removed POI 5254 as there are no Ravagers at that location.
- Ulvari Gazefiends - Removed POI 5254 as there are no gazefiends at that location. Updated Drop script on related mobs.
- Ulvari Devourers - Complete
- Ulvari Pearls - Complete
- The Courier - This one is a mess. According to Telonica, this should be on Guard Eba with the objective of getting the Ra'Jin Orders. This makes sense. What does not make sense is that this quest is on Pupil Gamurai. I don't think SOE even read this quest. I've also set up "Mission Information" as a prereq because the note is "That must be the courier Guard Eba was talking about!" which you learn about from Eba in the Mission Information quest.
- The Loamsworn - Obnoxious Umbrella Quest. Complete
- Loamsworn Necklaces - Complete
- Prophetic Action - Complete
- The Rest of the Bunch - Complete
- Alluvian Gems - Complete
- Unholy Sacrament One - Complete
- Unholy Sacrament Two - Complete
- Blighted Lands - Saving that for last.
- The Ra'Jin Outpost: Mission Information - Complete. Set it up as the pre-req for the next set of quests.
- The Ra'Jin Outpost: Deeper In - This is an umbrella quest that still had some of the old quest names on it.
- The Courier has been added as a quest under "Deeper In" (So you need to take Deeper In in order to get "The Courier" which is super awesome since Pupil Gamurai offers The Courier and that makes no sense.)
- The Five Brothers - This was once called "Brothers of the Sun" which SOE didn't bother to change on the umbrella quest when they messed up this whole chunk. Worry not, I fixed it. There are no rewards with this quest though, I'm pretty sure this is where you would get the cloak, bu that might have been moved to Deeper In.
- Cripple The Guard - I've added this to the umbrella quest of "Deeper In". Originally Cripple the guard was offered normally, then when it finished, you were automatically given Deeper In and some of the other quests or something. Randomly popping up quests on players fighting their way into a dungeon is not a good idea, so I've just made them all given by an NPC.
