Quest: "Diplomacy Training: Civic Diplomacy-752"

I noticed with this quest and the two before it that Haruji Fourwaves starts with a card that has a cooldown of 5 turns and plays maybe one or two cards after that, but doesn't play another card during the double digit turn conversation. I only had to play two turns and would win each quest doing hardly anything. Thanks

This is intentional, and how it was in Live. It's tutorial training and you're meant to be focusing mostly on the dialog to learn how to play diplo.
