Details:
Not able to equip "Harvesting Toolbelt" when purchased from harvesting supply vender. it just keeps saying "Can't auto-equip: No empty bag slots!"

I had open bag slots, but if I remember correctly you equip it to your harvesting equipment screen where the chest icon is now. Thanks

Not really a bug. Players start with a 'Worn Harvesting Toolbelt' equipped, and if you try to right click another belt it gives that error, since the spot is already taken.
