When I got the quest Elemental Altars - 8940, it auto-completed and gave me the reward without having to move away from the quest giver.

There is no information about this quest. I added the kill objectives, so, the quest still cannot be done (because they are special spawns), but this should prevent it from spontaneously completing.

That's OK so long as it is not part of a quest series. If it is, it should probably update until it can be properly implemented.
