Details:
I purchased the "Guild Charter in Tursh Village. I created and made 6 accounts. I logged in and had 6 accounts online, and created a group of 6 players on The Isle of Dawn. I tried to right click the Guild Charter to form a guild, but nothing happens. Levels range from 5 to 22.

If I am not missing something, it is not working.

This isn't so much a bug since it just hasn't been implemented yet, but I think we only need a couple Lua functions to put this together so making a thread. Good reminder.
