This goes along with the other particle bug. Notice that you can't interact with them any longer, which replicates the codes in the logs. Something deeper is controlling particle effects. Xinux is really my expert on tracking down these things and it has been ongoing for quite some time. I keep thinking I will spot something later on that explains it all but haven't yet.

I just set up the quest "Spirit Blossom Harvest" on "Ghostclaw Grimaw" in Spirits Rest Outpost in Dahknarg. The sparklies for it work exactly as they should.
I'm not sure why the flowers in IOD are acting up. I did find that they are misspelled in the Game Content section of the DBE. (Camellia instead of Carmellia).

The seeds and the flowers are spelled differently on live.

Neither am I. I've actually been fixing some typos and poor grammer in quest text along the way. Things got really sloppy in that department.
Zippyzee's biggest Vanguard quest text pet peeve:
There are tons of quests that instruct you to 'bring' an item to someone else to complete a quest. You 'take' an item to someone else. Someone else 'brings' you an item. It's a simple concept that is almost always backwards in Vanguard.

It's not just the flowers in IOD, it seems. The barrels in Dahknarg are doing it too. The weird thing is, if I take off all my gear, remove the quest, relog, retake the quest, they work fine.
I haven't seen any outside of IOD were the particles persist after the quest is complete though.

Just FYI this is probably not getting solved any time soon, at least by me. I will eventually stumble upon the answer as I go along but I haven't yet.

Ok NT is running some code which should fix the sparkles not being removed when the spawn despawns so test it and let me know. There is still a issue of no sparkles on quest related items far away tho.
