Okay, so it's time that the Content Designers start to build the world, or at least practice doing so. We've decided to start at Tursh, which is a fairly common and well known starter area. We don't want to mess with the Isle of Dawn while the developers are actively using it to test their scripting and such. So we'll be using Tursh to start building the world. Once the Devs give us the go ahead we'll begin to really flesh things out.

So what do we need? Anything you can find on Tursh. Quests, NPCs, Items, Rewards, Gear, Drops, Loot, anything. If you have access to our wiki, we need anything and everything on Tursh filled out.

If you don't have access and/or don't know how to edit wikis, then you can post whatever you find in a reply here and we'll sort it out. You don't have to be a content designer to help with this! We need the community to help us gather info so the Content Designers can put it back into game!

For those of you that have volunteered to help the Content Designers, we'll probably be contacting you in the coming weeks about helping with Tursh. I will need to write up some instructions on what Content Designers must do in order to rebuild the world. This will take me some time, so thank you for your patience with this.

Please Note: This is not a discussion thread, this is an information gathering thread. We do not want discussions to pop up about the way things should be, or "guesses" on the way things were. If you want to make another thread about Tursh issues, feel free, just don't do it *in this thread*. Any posts about guesses, things you want changed, or the way things were during some other time than sunset will be removed from this thread.

There is a rock by the fence that says fur is on the northeast side. If you go NE, you will find some more tracks interspersed with Brownie tracks. that is where I lost the trail...

Same thing happened to me Dakine. This quest is buggy, I've invested a good 2 hrs total so far, abandoning it and redoing it over & over, retracing step..yada yada. I followed Brownies, killed them..thinking to pick the kitten up it might be dead, killed the bees close by, tried to climb the tree "here kitty kitty", all the while having myself placed right where Stripes is on the map. One thing I did find, was when I got the 1st tracking msg out of the bldg, I noticed the compass on top, puts a red stripe in the exact direction to track. However, when I arrived at where the message was about the interspersing Brownie tracks...all tracking disappeared??

After you get to the bee field and see that you find a tuft of hair in brownie tracks etc etc. head over to the Shimmerleaf Brownie Sancuary and look inside their house, you'll find the kitten. As previously commented, if you generally follow the red line on your compass it should help a bit.

I am also experiencing some bugs on this quest. As soon as I get the first message (right outside the tavern), the tracking feature on my compass disappears (this has happened all four times I've tried to restart the quest). I've gone SW from the tavern and receive no further messages and have not found any clickable objects (rocks or otherwise) to continue the quest. I doubt the quest is worth the aggravation at this point (but I hate admitting failure).

Osmal shakes his head sadly. "I don't know what to do! I can't wait any longer. The Captain needs us. I have to find out what happened to her." The halfling looks at you pleadingly. Objectives
Search the Tursh Academy Dormitories courtyard for Novice Alphonse, and then speak to him about Druid training.

Description
This quest is given in many starting cities as you advance. It simply leads you to your next class trainer. This of course varies by the city as the trainers are difference.

Locate a trainer to learn teh basics of harvesting

Description
1) This quest begins when you speak to the harvesting trainer in your city. This varies from town to town.

2) You will be sent to seek out another person who will train you in your specific area of harvesting. This also varies from city to city. Visit this NPC and you will be rewarded with the basic harvesting tools.

She gives a recipe for the Hide disguise.

Excellent!

It should be noted that the information includes Rindol Field quests and NPCs as the wikis do little to distinguish between the two starter zones in the same chunk, although it's probably not a complete list.

Great job guys! It's fine if we get quests from Rindol Field in there, we want to work on the chunk as a whole. So while we want to start on Tursh starter quests, we will eventually do everything for the entire chunk.
