Tips - This quest will have you travel all over Telon killing certain mobs (sometimes farming) to retrieve the 10 pages required. Below is the information about each page with as much detail as I could think of.
Page 1
Mob: (Level 9)
Location: Qalia (Khal chunk) -61850, 39322
Approximate Drop Rate: 6.75%
Notes: These mobs are located Southwest of Khal near the large beacon of blue light. Go to the beacon and just to the south of the beacon a few steps you will find these mobs.
Page 2
Mob: (Level 25)
Location: Qalia (Qa Riverbank chunk) -86426, -87654
Approximate Drop Rate: 19.4%
Notes: Go to Ksaravi Gulch and fly Southwest toward the corner of the chunk. Cross over into the Qa Riverbank chunk and follow the path up the hillside to find Turpin in his own little area. Be careful in his area as there are snare traps set around the area that can be a real pain unless you have a healer or are geared enough to take a few hits. If you can tank him, best place to pull him to is the hillside opposite his house as there are no traps (or none found by me) there.
Page 3 Mob: (Level 22-23) Location: Qalia (Skawlra Rock chunk) 7781, 6552 or 8601, -13515 Approximate Drop Rate: 3.67% Notes: There are two locations which can spawn these mobs, so you may have to run back and forth if the first couple do not drop the page. As you enter the cave, head straight in across the water to the back side of the cave to find 2 secluded beaches. These beaches are where you will find the mobs.
Page 4 Mob: (Level 15-28) Location: Kojan (Sundering Wastelands chunk) -2048, 7782 Approximate Drop Rate: 1.51% Notes: Head over to the Gulgrethor Fortress to find these Sentinels. They can be found guarding the main entrance and also at the base level of the fortress itself.
Page 5 Mob: (Level 8-9) Location: Kojan (Jalen's Crossing chunk) -29082, -27443 Approximate Drop Rate: 5.34% Notes: This was probably one of the most annoying pages to farm for as there are a very limited number of mobs (6-8) that will drop it (only the floating eyes) and they share spawns with the little lizard guys. To locate these mobs you must rift to Jalen's Crossing and then head to the floating fortress (the center island) via the device in Jalen's Crossing or a flying mount. As you enter the fortress courtyard, make your way around the courtyard until you locate the Flame area (There are 4 areas, Earth, Fire, Water, Air). Once at the flame area, start killing anything with a name that ends in "Flame". Be sure to loot the Oculus's (Eyeball guys) as they will drop your page.

Mob: Imperial Ice Warden (Level ?) Location: Kojan (Magi Hold) 25805, -38912 Approximate Drop Rate: 7.3% Notes: Head into Magi Hold and make your way to the Furnace room. Drop down inside and locate the Water room and head inside. Travel to the very bottom of the path (where the Djinn is located) and start taking out the Ice Wardens in this room. Eventually one of them will drop this page for you.
Page 7 Mob: (level 10-11) Location: Thestra (Three Rivers chunk) 38082, -70653 Approximate Drop Rate: 3.61% Notes: Head north from Three Rivers to Meadow Lake. Around the northern shoreline of the lake you will find these mobs mixed in with some Zihurr Harvesters. Only the Soldiers will drop the page and these mobs do NOT share spawns.
Page 8 Mob: (Level 26-27) Location: Thestra (Trengal Keep chunk) -23347, 38502 Approximate Drop Rate: 2.9% Notes: To locate these spiders you must fight your way into the castle through the main gate and continue down the path until you can either go right or left. At this point, turn right and head down the path past the Mutated Beetles. The 4-dot and 5-dot spiders share the same name, and I believe both can drop the page so long as their names are "mutated trengal spider". I recieved my page from the 4-dot version but was killing both.
Page 9 Mob: (Level 21-22) Location: Thestra (Misthaven Crossing chunk) 81510, -32768 Approximate Drop Rate: 3.37% Notes: Head to Hillsbury Manor and enter the main gate. As you enter, head to your right to locate the Vineyard. Take out all of the wasps here as you are hunting you page as there are two types of wasps and both share spawns. The only ones that will drop the page are titled as "Vineyard Wasps".
Page 10 Mob: (Level 31-32) Location: Thestra (Ruins of Vol Tuniel chunk) -39322, -4506 Approximate Drop Rate: 6.83% Notes: The mobs you seek are spread all over inside the building at the Ruins. You can either farm them on the first floor, or farm for this page as you are scouring through the dungeon.
