Tips - After handing in part 1, Pellillo will give you a note and tell you to report to Naziel Brockmann in New Targanor. This part is simply following your compass using the location in your quest log. The only trick here is he is NOT in the building found in NT, but BEHIND it. It took me a few mins to find him at first, but its not terribly difficult.
