Done a complete playthrough of all the quests and hailed all the NPC's in Bordinar's Cleft now. Found a few that didn't respond to hails and a quest that showed the wrong destination on the compass (they have all been /bugged). Otherwise there wasn't anything major that I could find.

I have edited the item for Still Water. You can now use the waterbreathing item. To our vanguard veterans - I'm sorry, but I have fixed the exploit that so many of us (myself included) used to use the item for underwater breathing whenever we needed it.

Ok, back from break and focusing again to finish the clean up here and fix old bugs and aged scripts.

4) outside mobs: done
5) Rille's Strike mines: done
6) Quests testing: done
7) harvesting check: done
8) starting area: done
9) Oathbreaker Depth Mines: done
10) Gwartak Stronghold: done
11) Coppermend's Delving: done
12) Path from Southwatch plus indead cave system: done

Few notes:
Cave systems with undead is just done to be playable, I did not waste much time with pathing etc., since this area is not much visited and used (don't even know if there's any quest related to it). The same case is the path leading there from the chunk border.
Tunnels - Riistik area - did not re-populated yet, dunno if any quests should lead the player there.
Cleanup and bugs fixing done in BC.
