I need to go over this one in a little more detail, but there are two versions of the quest "Deciphering the Note"

4468 is the one that is currently set up BUT, I believe this one is supposed to be done if you didn't kill the vaelwyn runner and get the note from her. Because of the quest text on 4468 starts with: Celahir says, "I recently uncovered a message which may contain the battle plan of the Vaelwyn. I cannot read it, but I may know someone who can."
But 3596 starts with: Celahir says, "Our resident scholar, Atlia, specializes in the study of language. She was the first to decipher the Mu'lakta tablet her people had kept in their archives for centuries. If anyone can decipher this note, it's her."
3596 sounds more like you've given the note to Celahir, while 4468 makes it sound like he found the note, not you. So I'm going to redo these quests and try to set them up in this manner.
I think I also need to script the Vaelwyn runner to spawn and attack the player, not just run up and down the road.

Alright, finally back to Caial Brael. I've found it difficult to go through the area and set up quests as I run across them. Instead, now, I'll be going straight down the database. So these might seem out of order in world, but it isn't in our database.
Faking It - Had the wrong quest item. Updated all scripts and uses new loot handling for quests.
Okay that was the last quest in Caial Brael. Around level 5 or 6 they send you into Jalen's Crossing, so I'm going to start working on quests in this chunk as part of the starter CB line.
Missing Kinfolk - Complete. Edited objective to match data from live. Updated to current standards. Edited the script on Truuka from scratch.
Shard Resonation - Complete. Edited objective to match data from live. Updated to current standards. Edited the script on the rock objects from scratch.
Kinfolk Freedom - Complete. Edited objective to match data from live. Updated to current standards. Added Wood Elves to the objective list as we believe that they were intended to be included in this quest.
Repairing the Shrines - Complete, but, we might revisit this one later. It's very confusing, and clunky. I'm just not a fan of how this one is set up. And I'm pretty sure we've got it set up just like live had it. Just... not a fan. I feel like we could make it more proactive.
Goat Hair: Complete. Had to redo a lot of it but works now. And there's a chance for the named goat Scruffneck to pop.
Thieving Gremlins: Complete. Updated to current standards. Had to edit the object script as it was broken.
Collect Rock Snake Eggs: Complete. Updated to current standards. Had to edit the object script as it was broken.
Gremlin Claws: Complete. New loot drop code.
Big Cats and their Pelts - This one was taken care of before as a player bug reported it and I checked into it. It wasn't broken, but I updated it while I was looking at the scripts involved.
Worm Eggs: Complete. Updated scripts
Skins and Scales: Complete. Updated scripts with new loot code
I really need to start getting a list of Named in the chunks so I can prepare their loot:

Today's work (Still in Jalen's Crossing, not CB directly).
The Imperial Poacher: I remember early in Live, you had two choices for this one, you could go through the dialog with the Imperial Poacher and you could either: Join him and do his quests, OR you could spawn an attackable version that tries to kill you, and thus you kill him. It seems that SOE at some point dumbed this down where the only option is to join him. Or at least just let him go if you don't want your toon to lie to the Wood Elves of Autumnglow Outpost. I've set this up so that his quests don't show up until you do "The Imperial Poacher" quest and go through his dialogue at least once. Then his quests show up from that point on (Unless you abandon The Imperial Poacher before turning in. If that's the case, you have to redo it).
Wailing Wind Asylum - No work done to it, didn't need it.
Island In The Sky - Minor edits only.
A Unity of Purpose - No work done to it, didn't need it.
---That's all the quests, so CB/JC should be done as far as Adventuring quests go---

2. I did not touch the rewards. This will need to be worked on in the future to match IOD.
3. Crafting or Diplo.

The Ritual of Coalescence - Just went through this one as something has caused it to stop working. I've got it working again, for now, but it needs some reworks and checks in place for specific conditions that might occur during gameplay. I don't have time to set that up now, so leaving this as a note to myself to get back to it later. It should work for general play as is currently.

Returning to the chunk to clean up the Diplo NPCs mess inside/outside the Council od Wardens.

there are two NPCs with the title related to Council: Council Advisor, Council Scribe

some NPCs have multiple spawns, they are present inside and outside (I assume they are pathers)
all diplo related NPCs are scripted by you
My sugegstion/plan:
DO NOT combine any of these NPCs (pretty sure it would not make any sense)
check their POIs (if created)
do all 50 scripted diplo quest (which you can spare me with your advice)
remove the NPCs multiple spawns
find out which ones are supposed to be pathers
place the NPCs based on wiki/youtube/your-my-their memories/quest logic
Anyway, do not want to let it as it is now
