Scion Aiktagi Dimunyliv does not offer me the initial quest in the series. According to The Telon Project database, the diplomacy level required is 45 ... all the other starting quests in the Web series have a requirement of level 4. Anyone know, is the 45 accurate (and if so, why on earth would it be 40 levels higher than all the rest!)? or have they changed the starting NPC?
