I have been compiling a list of items both quested and dropped that do not have art assets assigned to them. Please if you come across any items please add them to the list, there is no need to have a discussion about this just add any items you may have come across, I will be hunting them down over the weekend to see what I can find. 3 friends have now stopped playing VG because of this issue, every single weapon or shield that has dropped or been quested for has no art asset its beyond a joke. I managed to get them to try Vanguard again and they had all gone gold membership for 3 months, but they will not be resubbing due to this issue.
Taking a look at the items you mentioned above, should have a correction on them for next week. If you run into any others, please let us know.

Thanks, Stabbas. I haven't found any recurring attachments that were bad so far, but I'm keeping an eye open for any that are sharing a bad or common asset theme. So far it's a case by case basis, so it may take some time to get everything covered that hasn't already been reported.
Finch's Blade of Trickery +3, has a dagger graphic even though its a shortsword. Most of the items im finding, are from the following chunks: Temple of Dailuk Qa Riverbank Silverlake Renton Keep The Three Rivers Dont know if its possible to pull up the database from the chunks and check the assets on items, I may take a long time but some of the items I wont be able to find due to completing the quests already.
