ALT key toggling in Windowed Mode

    Hello
    I've been having an issue while running the game in windowed mode. If I press the ALT key, for keybinds or ALT-TAB, the ALT key toggles and stays on or off. Tapping just the ALT key toggles it again, but it is an extremely annoying issue.
    Since I'm used to one of my hotbars being bound to ALT+1, ALT+2, etc...it becomes unbearable at times.
    Anybody know a quick solution? I've poked through the INI files and can't seem to find anything.

    This has been an issue for a long time. I would really like to see a sollution for this delivered somewhere down the road.
