As the title states .. the Lapidarian wont cut my emeralds. I have the emerald facet and the Glyph dust when i right click the lapidarian it gos straight to the vendor window where i purchase dusts or empty masks, no dialog screen .. this only happens when I have the emerald facet in my inventory. all other facets work no problems at all .. Is there something i need to do extra with emeralds or is it bugged ?? or am i a total newb ?
Assuming you tried a relog (Step1), I would try the other lapidarians (Tanvu, NT or Ahgram), then submit a ticket.

No, I think he's asking about the cutting of the gem, rather than making the mask (which is what you use the specialized workbench for). And based on what you describe, it sounds like you're doing it correctly. Other than just trying a "h" for hail instead of a right click, I would follow Yash's advice.
