I was in EQ2, then DP, loaded up VG, and it won't recognize my account(s) aside from being previously/currently logged in to this forum.
Same problem here it sounds like. Can't get into the game because the launcher not recognizing my user name or password, but here I am in the forum.
Well, that was weird. On a whim I typed something else in as my user name and got the wrong user name or password error message. Then I typed in my correct user name and password and got the play button.
And same problem here too. Launcher won't resognize any of my accounts. And was same with forums for a moment or two but, now as you can see, I am here!
Well that's part of the wierdness, My Launcher is set up to log in automatically and I DO get the pplay buttin but, then I get the message that it won't recognize my account.
We had a brief bobble with login servers. Unfortunately I couldn't log on the forums while it was going on to tell you folks. I did manage to put it out on Facebook which is a handy use for that service.
With all due respect Piestro, Facebook posts sometimes can be delayed for hours and hours or even days. I understand there was no ability to post not being able to log on to the forums. I'm only talking about Facebook. Also folks need to know to click on "All Updates" for each and every page they "like" to be sure to get ALL posts. (Hover over the page title > hover over the like or liked button > click "settings" on drop down menu > click on "all updates" - Done). Oh & btw check your settings every once in a while as Facebook does strange things )
It's not an ideal tool, but it does provide an avenue of communication that may reach some of the people sometimes. All those things you mentioned are good advice.
