Has Silaskun perished in Mekalia?

I'm a Thestran Artificer / Mineralogist attempting to add Qalian continental style. A few work orders in Jharru Flats took care of faction needs and I located Sajin Callash in Aghram (its coming back, slowly). Then I advanced the quest and spoke with the Master Artificers in Hathor Zhi and Khal. So far, so good. I was pretty shocked to learn of the fall of Mekalia to the Deep Dwarves, so the question is, where has Silaskun and the rest of the Gnomish crafting establishment gotten to?

Does anyone have a /loc on her? The quest wording is specific, but perhaps another NPC somewhere satisfies her requirement? Any and all feedback appreciated as I wish to add all continental styles to my jeweler, if possible, as opposed to creating a new crafting 'toon specific to Qalia. Thanks in advance, Wil

There's a little tent city outside of Mekalia. You'll find Silaskun there.
