Did we loose toons?

    In the change to F2P, seems I only have 8 slots now, with a couple of toons missing. Can anyone provide insight or links about this, would hate to lose the loot and gold of 4 (iirc) toons.

    In server merges old toon(not actively played) under level 10 were purged.

    I log my mules in once every month with out fail, just for this reason.

    I'm downloading the game after not having played in several years.
    I sure hope I haven't lost a lot of gear/currency due to a character purge.

    basically all characters made/played during a period of subscription are saved. the rest is not. or something like that. there is a faq somewhere here abot it, i'm sure

    Unfortuantely, Micstruth is right. !ll level 10 character and below were purged. Sorry for the inconvenience. We're still happy to see a returning player!
