I have a higher level monk, but having not played it in a very long time I decided to roll a new one. I reached level 18 last night and it dawned on me that something just didn't feel right. I switched over to my higher level monk and looked at the skill book and noticed I was missing about 5 skills that I should have had on my lower level one. I switched back and went to several different trainers (outposts and main cities) to make sure and they were not there. I had to petition a GM to add them for me. Here are the ones that were not at the trainers: Level 14 - Enlightenment Level 15 - Aum of the Harmonious Path, along with a couple more this ability gives you. (this one you click on every couple levels to get your Harmonious skills) Level 16 - Reed in the Wind This needs to be looked at as these are very important skills to a monk, or maybe my character was just bugged for some reason. **These skills are non specific to Dragon or Drunk style and should be trainable by all monks.
Reed in the Wind - Learned ability. Not given by trainers. The others sound like they all involved the Harmonious Path. How long ago is "a very long time", you know about the monk revamp a couple years back where they merged the Harmonious path into the main monk line and then you choose between just drunken and dragon? And if you hadn't played the older monk in such a long time, I wasn't sure if that was the case. If not, that is weird. I know back around F2P they messed around with basically the first 1-20 lvls of abilities and changed things around...
Not sure on this but I suspect that you have to choose a path (drunken/dragon) before you get the harmonious skills. It might even be part of the path choosing quest.
