This is the issue I keep encountering. My bf can run the game on his computer just fine, but on mine it sits with that message for a brief time, then a small window pops up that says connecting with a cancel option in it, but nothing happens. I've checked the SoE server status site and it says that the NA server (Telon) is not responding aka missing. I was a former member, though with all the server mergers my toons were probably deleted. Not really a big deal for me, but my system has run this before. Granted, I have gotten a few upgrades, but not many things have changed. I'm not very computer savvy when it comes to the technological aspects like opening ports that are being blocked by a firewall, unless there is a step by step walkthrough given on how to do this. Any help would be much appreciated.
