Major Geometry Bugs

  1. I almost think it would be easier to compile a list of where you *don't* fall through the world / get stuck on stairs etc. But yes, most of the issues seemed to arise around the time of a change to the maximum ascension angle for walking.
  2. There's an area a few hundred kilometres east of Australia that has a number of geometrical bugs. In some places there is hot mud flowing up from the ground! It also seems to have transgressed into the local bird population making them unable to fly.
  3. The flying through mountains bug appears to be the same for swimming, except the swimming one can happen on at any surface angle. I'd give you locations, but really just pick a lake. Swimming through the lake bed and under the world is something that happens often enough that I simply avoid water, although with swimming at least you don't start falling.
  4. Hobart, At some poing in the past like one of the GU's before 6 They changed the climbing gradient. They thought that people were getting into places they shouldnt so they adjusted how steep people could climb. Flying mounts obviously changed this philosophy.
    If You can find this setting, and change it to old settings again, all the stairs should be working just fine. Like they did before the change.
  5. We are working on getting some of these fixed now. We are still in the process of rediscovering the art pipeling and I hope to have a build to Test server mid next week with what we have fixed.
  6. Hole in the world (Underwater): Three Rivers @ 29865/-4465
    Invisible rocks: Vsrog Moor @ -21445/-36290 and -9910/-58705

    Also, although not a 'Major Geometry Bug', the walls in the Tursh Acadamy Dormentory, Tursh Village and the Gnomish Speed Tunnel, Qa Riverbank are semi-transparent.
    As these are zones encountered very early in a new player's Vanguard experience thought should be given to resolving these sooner rather than later, as this affects the impression of the game.
  7. -22, 26 Haldarad Bank Threshold.
    As my Varanjar I can occasionally get over it but usually not (without jumping). With my husband's lesser giant, I cannot get over it without jumping.

    My wood elf gets stuck on this stoop. I made a raki and tested with that, same issue. (of course the stoop practically comes up to the Raki's chest lol)
