    Hola,

Back to VG after a little hiatus (3.5 years?) and I have to admit, I'm a little lost. If anyone has any suggestions for content I could/should to be hitting at this level range, I would very much appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance,

Look here for dungeons and quests good for your level:

    http://www.thetelonproject.com/ and http://vanguard.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page

Also, not sure if you are 43 or 49 (sig says 49 but topic looking for 43) so...

If 43, Graystone, Rakshasa Citadel, Poisonous Caverns...by 45 or so move into the following:

If 49, Swamp Armor, Mnalus Lair, Nusibe Necropolis, Rhaz Inkur--and get ready for the new revamped Old Targonor dungeon to be released soon!

Hey Schiller, thanks much for the details!

I resub'd after making that post, got a few XP pots as anniversary gifts, and had like 2 levels worth of rest; leveling has been fast and furious. I should be 50 about an hour after logging in tonight :) Considering I was level 43 for years, it's nice to have moved forward again.

I'd gone over to Thestra and got the starter for the swamp armor but then got a group invite to NN. Got to say, I'm a little sprung on that zone now, what an awesome complex; can't believe I'd never even seen it. I think I'm going to try and hit that as frequently as I can.

I have not heard of Mnalus Lair, I'll check it out tonight :)

What do you think of PotA? I went through it, like a month after release when it was still a lvl 25ish zone, and I'm interested how its changed. Do people usually wait much longer after hitting 50 to try and group there?

    Thanks again for the reply!

You can get access to POTA at 50. Just remember that it will be harder the worse your gear is. Swamp or APW armor is definitely recommended. New Genesis hosts APW pug raids every Friday night at 8 p.m. EST. You can pick up some good gear pretty quickly in APW. I would recommend going to Magi Hold at 50, you can get 2 levels there pretty quick.

    Thanks Glenzig,

My fear with the swamp armor is I'll be spending weeks lfg. With the spread population, me not being in a guild, and 3 separate factions for others to choose from, it seems like a tough out getting group'd for my specific set. If I could find a static (group) I'd be happy to work it 4 hours a night. But alas...

As to APW, which I'd prefer, I flew over to it for the first time two nights ago, after reading up on it, and I could not find a gnome offering the access quest mentioned in the walk throughs I've read. Has that been changed and sites simply aren't updated? I'd love to get whatever I can done before showing up on PUG night :)

That said I think I'll head to both Mnalus Lair and Magi Hold tonight to see what's up.

    Thanks again for the info,

The quest giver for APW access is in a cubby. You have to go to the southern most portion of innovus. There will be a row of what look like half opened grates. Fly under those, you will get dismounted, and swim to one of the ladders. The gnome that offers the access quest is between the two doors. Typically New Genesis will do a run for the access quest about an hour before the raid starts. I hope this helps.

Mnalus Lair is where Hegnerian and the Fungus King hang out. You will need it for both swamp armor (if you decide to do that) and for the griffon quest as well. Swamp groups can be hard to come by these days, and many people skip it, get some good crafted armor, and hit APW (or if they have friends to help them, start PotA). PotA today is a huge grind, (although somewhat better than it was in the 'bad ol' days' right after revamp) but has end-game raid quality gear. There is a lot of good gear out there to be had from PuG raids and groups--Jagund, Nerksawl, Belzane, Whitewind--jump in any time you can. Looking forward to seeing what Old Targonor has to offer in gear too--it is supposed to be for level 50-55.

Great info, thanks. I plan on joining in on Unleashed's GYG nights, so that's good to know.

As far as crafted gear, that is something that I'm working on. Until I can get into a guild, it seems crafted heroics are my best bet.

And you've got me stoked about OT now too ;p
