The next Test update ETA is late this evening, so it will most likely be in the wee hours tonight/tomorrow before the itemization and HP adjustments are able to be tested.
ceythos would you mind putting back the quick leveling npc as well as some sort of merchant that sells the different tiers of equipment so people can hop onto test and get an accurate feel for how difficult some of the content is?
Test server was updated. I've respawned the exp buffer and item preview merchant, but they'll despawn as soon as the chunk goes to sleep. I'll try to leave an alt camped in the chunk over the weekend though to keep it awake as long as possible.
Any reason the groups of mobs have been removed away from around the Portals? I dont see why some time cannot be spent adjusting the outside mobs to suit the 51+ crowd, the game lacks so much in this area. There needs to be far more content aimed at 51-55, dont create more ridges in this game...

Has COB been populated already? Do the mobs drop (trash,quest) loot now? Would love to play around and see what are the changes made...
The mobs should be dropping quest items/loot now. I'll try to double check tomorrow morning when I'm at the office before we head out to Vegas for SoE Live.
I wasn't able to run through every mob this morning, but loot should be available on Test currently for COB. Feedback is appreciated as always if anyone has the time to check it out for us
Quick Q Ceythos. I afk for a few mins in COB then i got booted. Is there like a timer before the chunk shuts off even their is a player in it? Oh an BTW no cheese holes found yet on the floors ( or i was not trying hard enough ) Thanks!!!
Thanks for the update on the floor so far Regarding the server stability, it looks like we were updating Test server then. Let us know if you continue getting booted though for some reason.
