I paid for a gold membership yesterday at about 2pm EST and I've been waiting for it to activate until now. Is there something wrong or do I need to just wait a little longer?
As far as I know it should be active immediately after your payment has been processed. At least when I paid with credit card it started working immediately. If you paid with something else time might change though depending on how fast those payments can be processed.
It has always been instant for me, i had some issues recently though when trying to active via the station website, ingame worked fine.
Did you receive an email from SoE with regards to the transaction? I have always had immediate change in my account if I used CC.
Just attempted to bump my second account up to full membership - chose the 1 year option, entered CC information, checked for an email - no email. Process for the website seemed to go through as normal. Attempted to run through the process again, again - no email confirmation...Interesting bit, it shows having recorded my credit card information both times when I look at payment sources. Any assistance would be much appreciated. I am hoping that this will not hit my card twice.
That would stink Aasha ... (to be charged twice on yearly membership) I hope you get it worked out. Can you enter a support ticket on SOE's website, or is there a billing's number?
Well, I guess two more years after being here seven wouldn't be too terribly bad. I will likely check back a little later when my house is peaceful...Right now I have "Mommy, look what I can do!!!" "Mommy, tickle monster!!!" "Mommy, Imma get you!!" Not too conducive to doing research but a heck of a lot of fun!!
Awesome Aasha ... being a parent can be pretty cool. I'm a dad. That's why I don't get on until 9:30 pm ... I wait for kids and wife to go to bed so they can have my time as much as needed, or wanted.
