I recently purchased a mount for 1200 station cash and got the message in chat that I received it. When I opened my inventory I immediately dc'd due to the server stability issues. Came back into the game and had no mount in my inventory and 1200 less station cash. I put in a ticket and have yet to get a response at all in several days. Please assist.
