    General
    • Mail can no longer be sent to invalid recipients.
    • Fixed an exploit where players could use a racechange potion without consuming the potion.
    • The commands /lfm and /lfg will now only show their respective find windows when the player's LFG or LFM status is becoming true, not if it already was true.
    • Fixed a bug related to saving characters when being teleported to a down chunk.
    • Fixed a bug that allowed players to use a repair merchant while in combat.
    • Buff persisting rules have changed. Buffs that have a timed duration longer than one minute will persist. If a buff effect has any additional durations (such as a number of hits, spells, counters, etc) those effects will not persist. This is a step toward getting attached abilities into a design space that has greater transparency of information for players and a straightforward design. In a future update, the game will see buffs that have special duration types persist and buffs that scale based on level will persist the power rating with it.
    Run Speed Buffs, Horses, and You
    Several changes have been made to run speed buffs and mounting.
    • Optimizations have been made to how mounting and dismounting happens and how the game determines whether you can mount or dismount. This is a part of the ongoing code cleanup efforts and will result in fewer bugs overall in this system.
    • Run speed has been rewritten to function exactly the same way other ability effects do. This means that:
      • Bard run speed effects now function just like any other buff (before they had behaved slightly differently).
      • Modify Runspeed is now an additive percentage (ie, 10%+10%=20%) from all sources (buffs, mount, and vitality).
    • Bard Runspeed song components have been buffed by 50%.
    • Bard songs still do not affect players who are mounted.
    Quests
    • Added a quest bit to the quest Ascension to clarify the turn in NPC.
    • Added a quest objective to "Stolen Property" to clarify that the quest is turned into Raska in the field.
    • Battle of Attrition is no longer a timed quest
    • Fixed a typo in the quest "Assistance in Three Rivers."
    • Fixed an issue where Ish Dai Snowcrane would not correctly offer the quest The Path to Adventure (Leave the Isle) after completing Ascension.
    • Fixed typo with the quest "Pride of the Army" turn-in dialogue.
    Abilities
    • Blood Mage
      • Quickening Jolt is no longer affected by Spell Refresh Haste.
      • Using Quickening Jolt no longer triggers Global Cooldown.
    • Cleric
      • Cleric's Renewal Line is now group based and lasts for an hour to be consistent with other buffs.
      • Fixed an issue with Cleric ability "Armor of Faith" where endurance and energy regeneration were not working properly.
    • Dread Knight
      • Fixed an issue with Dread Knight Torture line repeating the cast animation every tick.
    • Psionicist
      • Acumen buffs now last 1 hour instead of 30 minutes to be consistent with other buffs.
    • Shaman
      • Shaman's Acuity buffs now all last 1 hour to be consistent with other group buffs.
    Content Changes
    • Fixed an issue where Electric Discharge was being cast on every person instead of just those near the target.
    • Fixed an issue where Padozak was more powerful then intended.
    Misc
    • Corpsepike can now trigger abilities that require a 2-handed weapon.
    • Imbued Chaos IV should once again provide a 5% damage bonus for 10 seconds.
    • Lifecleave, Sword of Darkness and Light should now provide energy regeneration when Life Draw procs.
