My friend recently re-subbed and get cannot see the Station Cash Icon. I've logged into his account and I see it fine. His icon is not covered by any other window. He's tried the / command to bring up the window and it doesn't work. I forget the name of the command, but it worked for me. He's done the full-file check and that didn't work either. Any other ideas?
hmm odd. I'm not sure, but Sinisna or the other support forums goers probably have an idea as to the fix =)
Apaelias The window can be brought up by doing /togglewindow Marketplace. After having exited Vanguard, have him cut his ..\Vanguard\bin folder and paste it on his Desktop. Then, launch the game and see if it has been fixed. Either way, let me know.
Thanks Sinisna. /togglewindow Marketplace does not work for him. I'll ask him to try 'cutting' the \\Vanguard\bin folder to his Desktop and trying that. If that doesn't work, will the file-check rebuild his bin folder for him or does it need to be put back?
As soon as he tries to launch the game, the folder will be recreated, but with default settings for everything. This is why we do not delete the bin folder but cut and paste it elsewhere, to save any custom settings.
