Questions about Veskal's Exchange

Hello folks,
back in the days, even at max level we used to bind at Veskals because it's a small place that has everything you need close by. So I thought I was quite familar with that area...
Now I have some questions, which I will list in order of difficulty:
1. Spider Cave:
I might have some difficulties to remember. But wasn't there a quest that lead you to it? Was it simply forgotton or has there never been a quest for it? It's not important, I just want to know.
2. There is one quest, unusual high for that area, that leads you back in there. It involves equipping the disguise pauldrons and sneaking up from behind to a NPC. Now I forgot, how do you hide as not playing a rogue? There doesn't seem to be a /sneak or /hide command. Do we need some invisibility potion or how do we hide and sneak without the ability?
3. Now this is to people only who are very familar with the area. As I said in the beginning we used to bind there even at level 50. So I remember, we used to rent a griffon, fly 1-3 minutes in a specific direction, which I sadly dont remember and ending up in an elfish looking tree house with high level 4 dots. I don't remember the level of them neither but I remember it took a small real group to beat them, speaking of tank, healer and whoever had time. It was a very small tree house leading to the right and left. Going to the left in the end there was a Named. I dont remember why we used to farm that Named either.
Now I don't find this tree house anymore. Also I don't remember all the commands we had to switch of the fog and increase viewing distance...
Bonus question: When I played 50 was the max level. So I only know the old Pantheon with the old quest, where in the End you had to kill a 6 Dot way over your level. All the healers of my guild needed to constantly heal me to get this quest to get an orange weapon, which was great at the time.
So I was curious and rifted to the strand of the ancients. Wasn't that the pantheon area?
I can't find the building nowadays. Isn't that included yet, now even empty? Or am I too stupid to find it?
Best regards,
Turin
