NPC First Name replaced with PC First Name in Quest Text

I was doing some questing in Tursh (Adventuring, Crafting, Diplomacy). I noticed in some quests that my character's first name was being used in place of an NPC's first name in the text being displayed. My toon's name is Rygel

Outfitter Training: Work Orders - 951
- Tells me to go find the Finishing Taskmaster to request work and gives his name as Rygel Owens everywhere in the quest text, but it should be Cort Owens.

Outfitter Training: Assembly - 2114
- On quest turn in, again, tells me to go see Rygel (should be Cort) for more work

The following are all diplo quests where my toon's name (Rygel) is replaced for the NPC's first name Hubert Ringsworth
Time for Tursh - 3414
Acquire the Means - 3423 (Quest text mentions Hubert, but summary says to return to Rygel when you're through )
Finding this Man Brakken - 3447
Stop the Calamity - 3450
Fooled by a Fool? - 3452 (Objectives state to Return to Rygel Ringsworth to confront him). Also, after turn in, the emote text says Rygel looks away and says, "You're probably not inclined to do any more work with me, which, of course, is your right."

There was another diplo quest Help Dippon Assess the People (I don't have the number ) where the guards were replacing the name Dippon Rindol with their own name in the parley.
